Get familiar with the most common home defects and solutions.

Know how extensive repairs will be before you take them on.

The house has poor drainage.
This is the most common problem found by home inspectors. To improve drainage, you may have to install a new system of roof gutters and downspouts or have the lot re-graded to better channel water away from the house.

WASHINGTON – President Bush on Friday announced a set of modest proposals to deal with an alarming rise in mortgage defaults that have contributed to turbulent financial markets over recent weeks.

Moving With Kids

Moving is hard on anybody. It can be more difficult than you first realize to simply pick up your life and relocate in a new area and it can be even more difficult for your children.
